Rosewood is a premiere subdivision on the south side of Clarkesville that was first developed in the mid-1990s. The subdivision is just outside the Clarkesville City Limits which means no city taxes! Rosewood has approximately 40 fee-simple homes with a few lots still undeveloped. Rosewood features many four-sided brick homes which gives it a distinctive uniform look throughout the subdivision.
